Our journey together begins with a Remote Initial Consultation where we discuss your vision, review your garden space, understand your lifestyle needs, and establish your budget and timeline expectations.

Based on our initial consultation, we develop a concept design, including preliminary sketches and mood boards. This stage is collaborative, allowing for your feedback and adjustments to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

Once the concept is approved, we move to the detailed design phase, creating comprehensive landscape plans and 3D visualizations. This gives you a realistic preview of the final design and includes material selections for your approval.

4 Implementation Planning

With the design finalised, we prepare for implementation by providing a detailed guide and collaborating with your preferred contractors or recommending trusted ones. We review the timeline and budget to keep everything on track.

5 Remote Installation Support

During installation, we offer remote support through video calls, detailed guides, and ongoing consultation to ensure the design is executed accurately and to address any issues that may arise. For local clients, on-site visits can be arranged if necessary.

6 Final Review and Follow-Up

After installation, we conduct a final walkthrough via video call or in-person (if applicable) to ensure everything meets your expectations. We provide a maintenance plan and schedule a follow-up consultation to address any questions or concerns.
